We got a full price offer in 23 hours. Michele Matheis did a great job informing us of what to do to get the house ready for sale. At the closing, the buyer had a problem with the financing and Michele Matheis worked with the buyers realtor to finish the deal. She really did go above and beyond to make sure that the house sold for the original price. We have used her twice now, once to buy a house and once to sell. Not planning on it, but we would use her again. My wife and I would definitely recommend her. P.S. moving sucks, Michele made it a little easier.
