Andrew demonstrates competence and professionalism well beyond his years of real estate experience. He helped me buy an investment home in South Bend, IN while living on the West coast. Andrew was very responsive, flexible and considerate during the very early stage of me considering even purchasing a home. He did a great job of coordinating house showings with my son-in-law and daughter as I conducted the house search mostly from afar. Andrew made the steps from submitting an offer to closing almost seamless. I knew he always had my best interest in mind. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated his clear explanation of the documents and what to expect at each stage of the process with follow up emails, texts and phone calls (even with the 3 hour time difference!). He did some tough work to make sure the signed purchase agreement was followed and met before moving ahead with closing.
