My husband and I enlisted Mariah for help with the sale of our first family home and the purchase of our new forever home this Spring. We reached out to Mariah a bit out of the blue, and frankly, we were probably very high-needs clients, as there were many unusual and complicated steps we had to get through for our situation, but Mariah helped us every step of the way and was extremely patient with and responsive to every question we had. Mariah helped us get our house ready to list within 48 hours of our first chat. We had a successful weekend of jam-packed showings, which resulted in several offers being written, and us walking away with an accepted offer that was well over our list price. Mariah then helped us negotiate an offer for our forever home, and helped us navigate all of the bumps in the road until we finally made it to closing for both transactions. Mariah sent helpful reminders to ensure every deadline was met and all aspects of both transactions proceeded smoothly. She was professional, kind, trustworthy, and always timely. We are thankful we chose to use Mariah to sell and buy our homes, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering selling or buying a home in this area in the future!
