From the very beginning, Jacob started looking for properties that best fit our needs. After a couple possiblities, we found our current home. I was so blessed to find Jacob Baker's number on a yard sign. As a young first time buyer I had no idea where to start and was overly cautious out of fear of either being sold a home that was more work than I could afford or picking somewhere I didn't really want to be. My first time meeting Jacob my gut screamed you can trust him and I will never regret listening to that feeling. Jacob walked me through every step while making sure I was comfortable in my decision as well as informed on each document I was reading and signing. Jacob is so well connected I swear there is nothing he can't help you find and every connection is always reliable. When it came to negotioations, he got me the best purchase agreement I could have hoped for and ultimately set me up for the best investment I have made for myself. Even after closing, Jacob has made himself available for questions and encouragement and I am so thankful for him. If you ever need someone to help you find a house, Jacob is your guy!

Jacob was extremely patient with us. We started looking originally last Fall. But our search was put on hold when my husband slipped on ice and was injured for several weeks. When we reached out to Jacob again in June, we were surprised that he did not think we were flakes. He was respectful and responsive and we eventually got a house that we really liked best of the three we saw. He did not flinch when we wanted to see it a second time to be sure. And now we own it!
