The following comments apply to Aaron Hankins and Leanne Hankins, both agents worked with me on the sale of my home. Aaron and Leanne were referred to me by my Buyer's agent in Arizona, through their Realtor network. The differentiating highlights of my experience with Aaron and Leanne were: Communication was always prompt, direct, and detailed. The recommended listing price and comps were market accurate, enabling an appraisal waiver and quick sale (13 days). Negotiation strategy on price/inspections/credits was productive for both myself and the Buyer (i.e., not combative). Marketing strategy was highly effective, including professional photos, video walk-through, social media blitzes, etc. The overall interpersonal interaction was very pleasant, friendly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I can't think of anything Aaron or Leanne could/should have done differently...my experience as a Seller was flawless!

Aaron was very knowledgeable, I stayed excited about the process because of Aaron as I always had a story for him when I got to the house. Wether that was getting stung by a bee on the way, both of our cars got dented by a hail storm, and we walked into a house flooding by a rain storm together. It was entertaining to say the least and an unforgettable experience. Aaron had a way of being extremely personal and professional with us as first time home buyers. We thought at many times we were wasting his time as we were very picky with what we were looking for when it came to purchasing a home. He stayed true and loyal to us and did not lose his patience. Aaron doesn't know it but him and I are gonna become close friends
